#3 SITE & STRUCTURE – If you're buying it's time to get specific. In this stage we’ll determine the type of home you want (the structure) and the location that is ideal for you and your family (the site).

#4 SEARCH / SELL & SUCCEED – This is where your real estate goals become a reality. We've successfully executed your buying and/or selling strategy. After your deal is in place, we'll work together to complete all requirements and ensure a smooth closing.
